Susan Anderson, CEO
Susan helped start Ordernetwork in 2005 and brings over 10 years of experience in the restaurant industry. Susan has delivered sales, negotiation, leadership, interpersonal skills, presentation skills, and customer service to the company. She has also trained several organizations and has presented and participated in many national shows. Prior to Ordernetwork, Susan spent 8 years at Crunch Fitness in a variety of management, and supervisor positions. Her responsibilities included revenue accountability as well as hiring, training, coaching, and counseling of managers. Susan received numerous honors, awards and promotions for her performance during her tenure at Crunch. Susan graduated with a B.A. degree in Theatre from Arizona State University.
Hooman Lahijani, President
Hooman is a menu and food data expert having built the largest trendable database of restaurant menus for Datassential, a leading food-focused market research firm he co-founded. He also co-founded two technology start-ups, Menus.com in 1999 and iPixels.com, a video applications company in 2008, and a call center, CA Teleservices, Inc. (CTI) in 2002. He earned a bachelor of science degree in engineering from California State University of Long Beach.
Deron Quon, Chairman of the Board
Deron has also been involved in the food industry for ten years as a co-founder of Menus.com and Datassential, a research company focused on the food industry. Datassential services Fortune 500 food manufacturers and chain restaurants, providing menu, operator, and consumer insights to help in product development and marketing. Deron also serves as Chairman of California Teleservices Inc. (www.cticrm.com). He has earned a Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) designation and received a bachelor of arts degree in Economics from Yale University.
